This workshop will provide a high-level overview of Title IX, including an examination of the latest guidance issued by the Biden administration, the challenges to that guidance, and anticipated changes under the incoming Trump administration.

The second part of the session will focus on proactive strategies with an emphasis on the support and resources provided by NEARI.
