Onward: An emotional resilience book club

Discuss with your colleagues, from PreK-12 and Higher Education, how to be a more resilient and present educator while keeping space and time for our own personal mental health.

Meet via Zoom from September to May for a one-hour book chat discussing the month's reading in the book Onward: Cultivating Emotional Resilience in Educators by Elena Aguilar.

Each participant will receive a copy of the book with a timeline of meeting dates and readings.

The final meeting in May will be in person for a celebration of the year.

A total of 9 PLUs will be offered upon completion of the book club meetings.

The book club meets every fourth Thursday of the month (excepting Nov & Dec)
