This comprehensive training will cover writing a contract grievance, writing a discipline grievance, arbitrability and past practice, your right to information (and the ULP), role of a union rep, Weingarten Rights and the duty of fair representation, and more.

Who should attend: Local Union Leaders, Building Reps, Grievance Chairs, local presidents, and any member interested in learning more about the grievance process
